We use the secure payment processing services of ProfessionalCharges.com to handle our online
Credit Card payments.
To Make an Online Payment:
Click on the Make a Payment button, and the payment form will open in a new window.
Enter your name as it appears on your credit card.
Enter 444527 for the Provider's (Amy Rachel's) License Number.
Complete the form and click on the Submit Payment button.
Print yourself a copy of the receipt that will appear.
To Make a Telephone Payment:
- With client consent all major credit cards can be telephone processed by vendor at time of service.
